For more than 25 years, I’ve worked in the global travel and experience industry, an ever-evolving world where change happens daily and customer connection is everything. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with customers of all kinds, from Gen Z and Millennial explorers to adventure and luxury travelers, giving me a deep understanding of what people value in meaningful experiences.
What I’ve learned is that real impact happens where companies have clarity, connection, and the structures to support their people, momentum builds, and meaningful transformation follows.
My work is grounded in three simple principles that guide how I lead and help others grow. I believe in Clarity, knowing what success looks like and how to measure it.
